1st July 2013: changes to the Subclass 457 program
The main changes to the 457 program relate to the level of English required (fewer exemptions allowed), to the genuineness of the position (the employer will have to prove that the position is genuine), skills assessment required for certain generalist occupations (previously only required for trade occupations), etc.
