New Skilled Occupation List
On 17 May 2010, the Minister announced a new Skilled Occupation List.
This new list comprises 181 occupations where the old one had 408!
Some of the occupations that are no longer on the skilled occupation list include:
- cook
- chef
- hairdresser
- pharmacist
- etc
This new list will take effect on 1 July 2010.
